We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand business requirements and be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing. We also need UX Designer to strategically contribute to Marketing and sales initiatives, with appropriate inputs, ideas and innovative material.

  • Desk Research to identify ideal target prospects for Swayam Services and Products
  • Targeted networking in London and locally to generate opportunities
  • Plan, designs and execute inspiring communication propositions rafting and sending targeted emails messages and content to individual prospects.
  • Outbound Phone Calling to identify and nurture prospects
  • Liaising with colleagues in the creation of marketing content and sales collateral.
  • Supervise the execution of email and “social selling activity (LinkedIn/Twitte/HubSpot) via marketing campaigns where needed
  • Generate business meeting and opportunities for the Sales Director and CEO.
  • Write proposals and work with colleagues to close deals
